President & CEO
In addition to a background in law and corporate management, Holly draws upon a wealth of experience in the communications industry, including General Counsel for the Vermont Telecommunications Authority, working to improve public access to broadband and cell phone services across the state. Other work experience includes operations at Crown Castle International, where she worked with the communications tower industry to develop commercial terms and compliance standards for new technology. She has also worked as a partner with the Vermont law firm, Downs, Rachlin & Martin, P.C., specializing in telecommunications.
Holly is a founder of the Women's Wireless Leadership Forum and a graduate of Vermont Law School. A resident of Corinth, she is also a trustee of the Vermont Arts Council, chaired Corinth’s Planning Commission, and has served on the Vermont Historic Preservation Advisory Council.

Vice President of Content Development and Distribution
Scott oversees the production team at Vermont PBS, including in-house and acquired productions for air and online. Prior to joining Vermont PBS, Scott was the Executive Director of Regional Educational Television Network for 20 years. He is a founder in 2007 of the statewide Vermont Media Exchange (VMX) digital program-sharing network of the Vermont Access Network (VAN), connecting community media channels throughout the state. A graduate of the University of Vermont, Campitelli studied mass communications and education. He has been a middle school teacher, a television production technician, and led the statewide education service for Vermont PBS (which was then known as Vermont ETV) in the 1990s.
Chief Financial Officer
Rob has held several positions in the business office at Vermont PBS since 1996. He is responsible for the administrative functions of the station including accounting and finance, legal, benefits, payroll, and human resources. Rob holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and in Business Management from Champlain College.
Director of Engineering
Glenn is tasked with developing technological strategies and leveraging technology-based solutions for Vermont PBS. Glenn has been with Vermont PBS for 16 years serving in various technical positions.Contact Glenn
Jeff Vande Griek
Vice President of Marketing and Member Experience
Jeff Vande Griek serves as Vice President of Member Experience, overseeing all marketing and communications for Vermont PBS, and interfacing with the Member Services team to ensure the organization’s communications are aligned. Jeff has been with Vermont PBS since 1996, overseeing the organization’s promotions and communications.
Stacie Sears Fagan
Vice President for Development
A resident of Shelburne, Stacie has extensive experience developing philanthropic support for educational and environmental causes, including the Environmental Defense Fund, Naropa University, St. Lawrence University, Middlebury College and the American Wind Wildlife Institute (AWWI). Most recently, Fagan established and led the revenue strategy for AWWI, working closely with donors and board members to implement the organization’s objectives.
