Poetry Out Loud

We’re gearing up for the 2017 Poetry Out Loud state finals – when 10 talented Vermont high school students meet in our studio, vying to advance to the national finals!

The national poetry recitation competition has ignited a passion for poetry among high school students across the country. Students are challenged to learn and bring to life an established poetic work, with one winner from each state going on to the national competition. These kids are good!

Watch LIVE stream tonight at 7 pm from the Vermont PBS studio

The recorded video will be made available online and broadcast on April 5th.
