2014 PBS KIDS Writers Contest!
The PBS Kids Writers Contest encourages kids in grades K-3 to create their own original stories and illustrations. Stories were judged locally by a panel of experts and winners are selected – three from each grade, for a total of 12 winners.
Our first place winners in each grade level are sent on to the national contest! They were recognized at an awards ceremony here at the Vermont PBS Studio. Check back for Videos! All contestants receive a certificate of achievement, as well as an invitation to attend a Storytime Party that will be held at locations throughout the state.
